Plus Size Dopamine Dressing

I have always been obsessed with bold colours, so when I discovered the term ‘dopamine dressing’ I realised that was what I had been doing all along. If you think my dress sense is wild, you should see my home decor!

When I was at my biggest, I really just had to settle for wearing whatever I could. And while I still believe that there is a huge issue with fun clothes not being available at any and all sizes (and will definitely talk about that lots!), I am starting to have a bit more choice in the things I’m wearing and I’m really excited to see where my fashion sense is going to end up.

I should have known when I was 16 and refused to wear anything except neon clothes with glowstick jewellery, that I would grow up and fall in love with dopamine dressing. I like bright colours, clashing prints, frilly edges and lots of sparkle. I’ll be sharing all of my favourite wares with you on here and sharing in the plus size dopamine joy!
